Terms of Service

1. The Service

Euditoria helps students research universities, estimate their admission chances, prepare and track applications, and get support settling into life abroad during their first year. Some universities let us submit applications on your behalf ("Partner" universities); for others, we help you prepare the application and you submit it yourself ("Guided"); and for some, we can only track the status of an application you've made independently ("Track only"). We'll always show you which tier applies before you start.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• If you're under 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Services.
• You may only create one account for yourself; you may not use another person's account without their permission.

3. Applications & Universities

Euditoria helps you prepare a strong, complete application — but we don't control, and can't guarantee, any university's admission decision, visa outcome, or scholarship award. Universities make their own decisions based on their own criteria.

For Partner-tier universities, submitting an application through Euditoria means you're confirming information already in your profile, not filling out a second form. You're responsible for making sure the information in your profile and documents is accurate and complete before you confirm an application.

When we detect a status update from a university email you've forwarded to us, we'll always show it to you as "needs confirmation" rather than applying it automatically — you decide when it's accurate.

4. Paid Services & Payments

Core features of Euditoria — the university match quiz, application tracking, document vault, and task management — are free, and there is no subscription. You pay only for services you order individually:

• Strategy consultation — 60 minutes with an advisor, currently €39, including an admission strategy and a shortlist of universities matched to your profile.
• Full application support — currently €590 for one admission cycle, covering English-taught programmes in the EU.
• Visa & permit support — currently €179, priced separately from full application support and available on its own.
• Motivation letter — from €39 per university; the final price is agreed with you before work starts.
• Recommendation letter — currently €19 per letter, for editing or writing.

• Nothing renews automatically and no card is kept on file.
• A booked consultation can be cancelled up to 24 hours before it starts for a full refund.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor — we don't store your full card details.
• Prices may change; the price shown when you order is the price you pay for that order.
• We charge only for our own work. University application fees and deposits are paid by you, on the university's own portal, to the university.

5. Acceptable Use

When using Euditoria, you agree not to:

• Submit false, forged, or misleading information or documents in your profile or an application.
• Use the Service to impersonate someone else, or create an account on someone else's behalf without permission.
• Attempt to interfere with, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Use the Service for any purpose that's illegal or violates a university's own policies.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Your Content & Our Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of the documents, profile information, and other content you upload to Euditoria. By uploading it, you give us permission to use it to provide the Service — for example, sharing your documents with a university you're applying to.

Euditoria's website, product, brand, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or platform beyond what's needed to use the Service normally.

7. Third-Party Services

Euditoria links to and works with third parties — universities, payment processors, and calendar or email providers you choose to connect. We're not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of those third parties; your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

Euditoria is provided "as is." Our admission probability score and university recommendations are estimates based on your profile and historical data — they are guidance, not a guarantee of any outcome. We work to keep the Service accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Euditoria is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including a missed deadline, a rejected application, or a visa outcome. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using Euditoria and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably possible.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our Service evolves. The current version will always be available at this page, with the "Last Updated" date above. We won't materially reduce your rights under these Terms without telling you first.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Euditoria's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law gives you additional rights that can't be waived.
